Our Story

At Muscle Factory, our mission is to inspire and empower our community to embrace a more active and healthy lifestyle. Founded by personal fitness trainer Mobashar Shah, affectionately known as Bash, and his brother Mobeen, our store was born out of a desire to create meaningful change within our community.

Located on Randal Street, just off Whalley Range high street, we aim to tackle the health challenges faced by many and encourage the next generation to prioritize their well-being. Our motto, “Meaningful Change”, reflects our commitment to shifting mindsets and fostering a culture of health and positivity.

Our store offers a wide range of health supplements and vitamins, catering to everyone from fitness beginners to seasoned professionals. Whether you're taking your first steps toward fitness or striving for peak performance, we’re here to support your journey.

The Muscle Factory was inspired by personal loss and a shared vision to honor our brother’s memory by helping others. With our mother’s encouragement, we decided to focus on assisting people in making genuine, lasting changes in their lives. Since our launch, the community's overwhelming response has reaffirmed our mission.

As part of our opening event, we hosted a marquee celebration featuring weight-lifting activities, competitions like dead-lifts, press-ups, and stone lifting, as well as raising £450 for the Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT). KORT is dedicated to providing free educational and health facilities, including the construction of the largest free hospital in Azad Kashmir.
