(A)-(Z) – Depending on the flavour of the product for ingredients used see symbols (A-Z) beside for the date of minimum durability (best before). Manufactured on a production site that uses derivatives of milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs.
Recommended use: 1 portion daily between meals. Add 1 portion (14,4 g of powder = 2 scoops) to 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Warning: the product is not suitable for children, youths, pregnant and breastfeeding women. In case of diabetes, asthma, people with reduced glucose tolerance, people at risk of cardiovascular diseases, and in case of use of anticoagulants, the use of the product must be consulted with a medical doctor. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
