Ingredients: L-citrulline, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavourings, beta-alanine, acidity regulator – citric acid; sodium citrate, colour – E 150d (for cola flavour); anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; nicotinamide – niacin, black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), cyanocobalamin – vit. B12, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, thiamin hydrochloride – vit. B1, colours: carotenes (A), carmines (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F), patent blue V (G), indigo carmine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), vegetable carbon (N). Directions

take 1 portion (8,8 g of powder) daily about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (8,8 g = 2½ scoops) to 250 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health.
