- We use Royal Mail Tracked Service for all our deliveries to ensure secure and timely shipping.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Once shipped, your order will arrive within 48-72 hours via Royal Mail Tracked Service (for applicable regions).
- Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £100. For other orders, available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
- If you are located outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at sales@muscle-factory.co.uk before placing an order to confirm whether delivery is available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support team at sales@muscle-factory.co.uk with your order number.
- In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
Changes & Order Modifications
- Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ordered Cookies & Cream protein powder and received Vanilla instead. These flavours are not even remotely similar, and I certainly didn't order vanilla!
What has made the experience even worse is the complete lack of an apology or any genuine effort to put things right and satisfy the customer. For a first-time customer, this is a very disappointing first impression.
I've requested a full refund and will be returning the incorrect item. Simple mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says a lot about its customer service, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen well short of expectations.
First order, wrong product, poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

Great protein powder. It mixes really well and the White Chocolate Raspberry taste is solid, though slightly too sweet for my personal preference. Still, 24g of protein per scoop is excellent value.
